Before Allan Misner became a personal trainer and podcast host, he was a successful corporate executive. But a short bout of high-intensity beach volleyball left him short of breath, concerned he may be having a heart attack.
Over the past ten years he'd lost muscle mass, put on a ton of visceral body fat, and his heart health was questionable. He'd gone from being an elite athlete to a fat bastard. Fortunately, it wasn't a heart attack.

Over 11 months, Allan transformed his body losing 65 lbs of body fat and adding 11 lbs of muscle mass. But more than anything he got stronger, more capable, and built stamina. He looked and felt younger.
