How you look and feel. There are markers that you can look at beyond how you look and feel, but health starts there.
Your ability to move and do the things you enjoy. This includes elements of strength, endurance, mobility, stamina, agility and speed.
Notice that I didn’t include weight loss. Weight loss is a side effect of a program to build health and fitness.
