I'm here to help you reach your health and fitness goals. On the 40+ Fitness Podcast, I bring health and fitness information from my experience and interviews with the best health and fitness experts. We publish each Monday morning.
If you're over 40 and looking for actionable health and fitness information designed specifically for you, you're in the right place. I won't be pushing my opinion on you. In fact, I often interview people who are on the opposite side of the spectrum from my beliefs. You get a balanced view on health and fitness, allowing you to find the path that works for you.
The best health marker is how you look and feel. Sustainable health comes from making small changes in your lifestyle. I strongly recommend you use self-experimentation to find what works for you. I work hard to ensure the podcast gives you things to consider for these experiments.
I define fitness as your ability to move and do the things you enjoy. This includes elements of strength, endurance, mobility, stamina, agility, and speed. The ones you focus on should align with your why.
Notice that I didn't include weight loss. Weight loss is a side effect of a program to build health and fitness.
